As a part of our “BE THE VOICE 2014 CAMPAIGN” My Sisters Keeper Domestic Violence Organization is having a DOLLAR DRIVE FUNDRAISER to help with our upcoming events. All we ask is that you donate 1$ to support the cause.. You are welcome to donate more! Our “Be The Voice;Back To School Rally” event will take place in August 30th and we will be supplying our community kids with book bags, school supplies, and a fun filled day in the park that includes bounce house, face painting, music, and food. The following event “5k Domestic Violence Awareness Walk/Run” will take place in October which is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we need funds to supply t-shirts and bottled water for all of our registrants. Part of the proceeds from each event will go towards a shelter for battered women and children.
